After shampooing, shake the bottle well and spray the treatment on wet, towel-dried hair. Massage gently and comb through lengths and ends. Leave on for 3–5 minutes, then rinse gently and remove excess water. Follow with a small amount of your chosen Retreat treatment until you get a creamy, enveloping consistency.
