Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on International Hair and Beauty Systems LLC d/b/a/ Simply Organic's web site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. SMS Marketing Terms

By opting in to receive text messages from Holistic Hair Tribe, you agree to the following terms regarding our SMS program (“SMS Service”):

1. Consent to Receive Messages

By entering your mobile phone number and completing the opt-in process, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g., offers, updates, reminders, and cart notifications) from Holistic Hair Tribe at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you may opt out at any time.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. We may send up to 6 messages per month, though frequency may change based on campaign activity or your interaction with our site.

3. Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS Service at any time.
 To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message we send you. After you send the STOP message, you’ll receive one final text confirming that you have been unsubscribed.

4. Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. You are responsible for any charges incurred from receiving or replying to our messages.

We do not share your mobile number with unaffiliated third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

7. Service Availability

Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is outside of our control. We are not responsible for any delays, failures, or undelivered messages due to carrier issues, network problems, or user device conditions.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify or suspend the SMS Service or these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and your continued participation in the SMS Service after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
