We utilize a biodynamic method to grow our plants, shrubs and aromatic herbs at the Ortofficina farm on the hills of Bologna, Italy. These organic materials turn into the ultra-performing complexes of essential oils, extracts and hydrolates in our unique formulations. The biodynamic method is the purest and most effective type of cultivation that is free of pesticides, herbicides, insecticides and synthetic fertilizers used in conventional agriculture.

Picked in their balsamic period, officinal herbs are distilled locally in a steam current and transformed into essential oils, hydrolates and extracts by traditional, natural methods - without the use of synthetic solvents. Organic and biodynamic raw materials are combined with carefully selected natural elements, like pure oils, waxes, butters, emollient plants, and the most sustainable active and functional ingredients. Harsh and toxic synthetic products are replaced by natural and more delicate alternatives. Each product is formulated according to the principles of the most advanced green chemistry, which guarantees a perfect balance between natural formula and professional performance.
